The Compagnia della Rupe returns to the stage with "A Million Dreams," an opera freely inspired by the film "The Greatest Showman," which features an 19th-century American entrepreneur, P. T. Barnum, who, with his famous insights, marked the birth of circus art. The concepts of inclusion and friendship, but also the fight against marginalization, family, mutual support, and equality, were the foundation of a substantial revision of the script, through an effective implementation of the dialogue and lyrics, strictly in Italian. It will be two hours of live singing, in which approximately 40 artists, including actors, singers, and dancers, will alternate in the evocative sequence of stage scenes; two hours in which the spectator will be immersed in the stories of a group of characters without names or identities, who will find the strength to shine and shout to the world.
