“Alice and the WanderGang” a multimedia performance inspired by the fantasy universe of Alice in Wonderland. An immersive experience that blends live music, video sets, costumes, and storytelling into a poetic and visionary tale.
The project, conceived and directed by Stefano Zazzera, was born in autumn 2024 with the writing of original music that mixes rock, electronica and string sections. During the same period, the visual part took shape, with the creation of the costumed characters and videos “The Tale”, short introductory clips that open each chapter of the show. In 2025, an intensive workshop at the Teatro Boni with musicians Gabriele Tardiolo, Roberto Forlini, Emanuele Ranieri and Zazzera himself created the musical arrangements and lyrics, building an ensemble capable of giving voice to the events of Alice and her companions in adventure.
The video sets are the result of the consolidated collaboration between Tiziana Barcaroli and artists Thomas Lange and Mutsuo Hirani, who interpret the eclecticism of Lewis Carroll's work with images.
Zazzera defines it as: “A show where all the viewer's senses are involved and everything they witness is perfectly synchronized: from the images to the music.”
Alice and the WanderGang is created in collaboration with the Dark Camera association.

Teatro Mancinelli - Orvieto
The Mancinelli Theater is an important artistic and historical symbol of the city of Orvieto. Located in the center, a short distance from the Duomo and the main square, it was inaugurated in 1863. The hall, with the shape of an Italian theatre, has four tiers of stages, a loggia and has a horseshoe plan . It can accommodate approximately 600 people.
