The two performances that make up the show are inspired by Fyodor Dostoevsky, the first by Crime and Punishment, the second by The Grand Inquisitor, but both break away from it, creating a radically autonomous world composed of two one-act plays that explore major human themes such as loneliness, ethical choices, pain, and rebirth. These are particularly significant topics for the authors and protagonists of the diptych, as the society we live in often produces, on our bodies and in our lives, a feeling of strong discomfort and frustration.
