Information on the "One Bite and Go" tasting. With this tasting, you can try: – Sausages from 3 regions of your choice; – Wine/Beer tastings from 3 regions of your choice; TASTING GLASS NOT INCLUDED (€5.00), available for collection at the event ticket offices.

Ciccia, the first Italian event entirely dedicated to sausage, the most famous and ancient of cured meats, present in its various variations in every Italian region. It will be a unique journey, as Gubbio will open its taverns, where various representatives from all of Italy's regions will be present: from South to North, passing through Central Italy, you'll be able to discover and taste the various variations of sausage! Wine and beer will be available to perfectly accompany the traveling tasting.
