Evo & Art Experience is an exclusive experiential tour program designed to let you experience the heart of Umbria during the magical olive harvest and pressing season.
A unique journey combining spirituality, art, landscape, and gastronomy, tracing the history of Saint Francis of Assisi through the ancient culture of our extra virgin olive oil.
Aboard dedicated shuttle buses, you will explore both famous sanctuaries and the lesser-known, intimate sites of Franciscan preaching, visiting all five sub-zones of the Umbria PDO olive oil region.
What each experience includes:
Guided tour: a licensed tour guide will reveal the historical and artistic heritage, while a Franciscan friar offers a profound spiritual perspective on the sites.
The magic of the oil mill: guided visits to the heart of production to witness the creation of the new oil firsthand.
Guided tasting: a sensory journey to discover and appreciate the excellence of freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil.

10:00 AM – Assisi: Sanctuary of the *Sacro Tugurio* (Holy Hovel) at Rivotorto
10:30 AM – Spello: Church of Sant’Andrea
11:15 AM – Stop and visit to an olive oil mill
12:30 PM – Trevi: visit to an olive oil mill
3:00 PM – Spoleto (Monteluco area): Sacred Wood and Hermitage of Saint Francis
5:00 PM – Return to Assisi Station
