Evo & Art Experience is an exclusive experiential tour program designed to let you experience the heart of Umbria during the magical olive harvest and pressing season. It is a unique journey combining spirituality, art, landscapes, and food and wine, tracing the story of Saint Francis of Assisi through the ancient culture of our extra virgin olive oil.
Traveling on dedicated shuttle buses, you will explore both famous sanctuaries and the lesser-known, more intimate sites of Franciscan preaching, visiting all five sub-zones of the Umbria PDO olive oil region.
What each experience includes:
Guided tour: A licensed tour guide will reveal the area's historical and artistic heritage, while a Franciscan friar offers profound spiritual insights into the sites.
The magic of the oil mill: Guided visits to the heart of production to witness the creation of the new oil firsthand.
Guided tasting: A sensory journey to discover and appreciate the excellence of freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil.

11:30 AM – Giano dell’Umbria – Guided visit to the Church of San Francesco
12:30 PM – Stop at an olive oil mill
2:30 PM – Todi – Visit to the Montesanto Convent
3:45 PM – Stop at an olive oil mill
5:00 PM – Return to Foligno Station
