The band, led by the Senegalese percussionist Falou Seck and composed of young activists in the Venetian jazz-funk scene, was born from the idea of mixing different sounds from the world. The djembe meets a western organic, funk and fusion sounds are articulated on the rhythms of the West African tradition with pieces ranging from afrobeat to mbalax giving wide scope to the improvisation of soloists. Deep and catchy music, which lends itself to an attentive listening as the most wild dancefloor. They present the album "Kanda".
