Chieti, September 16, 2026 – The “NEVERGREEN (PERFETTE SCONOSCIUTE)” project—dedicated to the lesser-known songs of Francesco De Gregori—originated two years ago during the singer-songwriter’s residency at the Teatro Out Off in Milan. From there, it made its way to the 82nd Venice International Film Festival with the film *Francesco De Gregori. Nevergreen* by Stefano Pistolini, and was released in cinemas across Italy by Nexo Studios.
The journey continues through 2026 and into 2027 with new dates at theaters across Italy, including a performance at the Teatro Lyrick in Assisi on April 3, 2027, at 9:00 PM—a concert organized by Elite Agency Group and Riverock.

On October 16, 2026, *Nevergreen (Perfette sconosciute)* (Caravan, Friends & Partners / distributed by Sony Music Italy) will be released; this live album captures the best of the experience from the Teatro Out Off residency for the audience.
The project centers on a rare artistic dimension: one of deep listening, attention to detail, and emotional closeness between the stage and the audience, preserving the warmth and intensity of that Milanese residency.

Teatro Lyrick - S. Maria degli Angeli
The Lyrick Theatre, located in Santa Maria degli Angeli, Assisi, was inaugurated in May 2000. This theater structure emerged from the former industrial chemical department of Montedison, a 1950s project by the renowned architect Morandi, a pupil of the illustrious engineer Pier Luigi Nervi, thanks to the initiative of the American entrepreneur Richard Leach. Considered one of the most modern and fascinating municipal theaters in Italy, the Lyrick Theater boasts a 1000-seat audience and a large stage. For more than a decade, the Lyrick Theater stage has hosted the most acclaimed national and international theater productions. Currently, the theater is under the ownership and management of the Municipality of Assisi. The stalls of the Lyrick Theater have 1000 seats, divided into three sectors.
