Three audio cassettes, recorded in the mid-1980s and rediscovered twenty years later, become the material for the show, a faithful transcription of a sound testament left by Gianni, uncle of Caroline Baglioni (actress and performer). These tapes, in which Gianni, a man with manic-depressive problems who passed away in 1999, describes himself, his anxieties, his desires and his intimate and painful relationship with society, years later become the ‘voice’ of an extraordinarily engaging play that has been traveling in Italian theaters for ten years.
