I 12 FINALISTI DEL PREMIO STREGA

On Sunday, May 10, at 9:00 PM, the Umbria Green Festival will present the 12 finalists of the Strega Prize, in the splendid setting of the Caio Melisso Theater in Spoleto. For the first time in our region, the nominated authors will present their books, in conversation with Loredana Lipperini.

The Strega Prize, now in its eightieth edition, is the most prestigious literary award in Italy. Established by Maria Bellonci, the Prize was born with the idea of ​​creating a new literary prize that would contribute to the cultural rebirth of post-war Italy.

From the 79 works submitted this year by the Amici della Domenica, the Strega Prize Steering Committee has selected the following titles:

10. Elena Rui, "Camus's Widows" (L'orma);
