"La gente mormorano" (People Murmuring) is certainly the show of a comedian who, while performing comedy, also reflects on the way he performs.
Macchini wants to slow down and bring to the stage the comedy of small provincial villages, where "old women make lace in front of their houses and the elderly count stray dogs," to rediscover the value of slowness, what everyone today calls mindfulness.
