La Grande Pedalata 2025 – Along the Assisi Olive Belt – Spoleto 3° Edition /Opening event of Frantoi Aperti in Umbria (Trevi section – Campello sul Clitunno)

On Saturday 18 October 2025 in Umbria there is the Grande Pedalata along the Fascia Olivata Assisi – Spoleto (Trevi section – Campello sul Clitunno) and in the places of the UNESCO serial site “The Lombards in Italy: the places of power” (568-774 AD) and Perugino.

An opportunity to immerse yourself in the olive landscape of Umbria, that of the Assisi – Spoleto Olive Belt, candidate to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. An experience that combines nature, cycle tourism, food and wine, the valorisation of the artistic heritage and the promotion of places of production of EVO oil which are increasingly becoming multifunctional, welcoming places that host events, tastings and that offer experiences of oil tourism in the company. (Trevi section – Campello sul Clitunno).

Ring Route: Trevi – Secular Olive Tree of Sant'Emiliano – Pissignano Castle – Campello sul Clitunno – Trevi

Schedule:

8.00 am Meeting in Trevi in Piazza del Comune and delivery of the Registration Package

9.00am Pedaling departure

9.30am Olive grove in via dei Condotti, centuries-old olive tree

10.15am Snack stop in a historic oil mill along the route

11.15am Stop at Pissignano Alto Castle

11.45am Stop, visit and snack in the oil mill

12.15pm Visit to the Tempietto sul Clitunno (Campello sul Clitunno) – UNESCO World Heritage Site “The Lombards in Italy. The Places of Power (568 - 774 CE)

1.00 pm Stop, visit and snack in the oil mill

2.00 pm Stop, visit and snack in the oil mill

3.00 pm Departure by bike to return to Trevi

3.45pm Estimated arrival in Trevi and visit to the Museum of Olive Civilization
