Piazza Federico Cesi - Acquasparta

Piazza Federico Cesi, located in Acquasparta, is a rectangular square with a central axis that runs from northeast to southwest. In the center of the square, until 2021, there was the Fontana Obelisco, then returned to its original location in Piazza della Repubblica, where the Teatro Pergolesi stands. The square is home to Palazzo Cesi, a Renaissance palace that was the seat of the Accademia dei Lincei and where Galileo Galilei was a guest.
