the Ghetto Theatre Company is performing William Shakespeare's "King Lear."

Completed around 1605-1606, King Lear is one of William Shakespeare's most powerful, dark, and mature tragedies. The play explores the devastating consequences of pride, emotional blindness, and the collapse of family and political bonds.
The elderly King of Britain, Lear, decides to abdicate and divide his kingdom among his three daughters (Goneril, Regan, and Cordelia) based on how well they can express their love for him.
