The first global reorganization that catalogued people and sent them back to their “homes” unfortunately seems not to have been enough to defeat people’s problems.

It is therefore time for a second reorganization, relying on the “Law of Reporting”:

a completely new system that allows reporting people who are believed to have annoying differences for their identity, in order to relocate all these “them” away from the “us” and in the right country. Difference after difference, however, the result is the creation of countries composed of a single inhabitant. Thus it happens that four countries end up bordering each other within the same apartment. The four Presidents will therefore be forced to make international agreements for the use of the bathroom, the kitchen and basic necessities, having to deal for the first time with other human beings and finally, perhaps, with themselves too.
