The Medieval Historical Reenactment of Soncino (CR) is not the

representation of a specific historical event that actually occurred, but the

reconstruction of daily life in the 13th century, in perfect living

history style. For several years, the Confraternity of the Dragon and the Corte XIII secolo,

with their philological spirit, have brought to life the medieval life of the

garrisons inside the Sforza Castle.

In the square of the Sforza Castle in Soncino (CR), there will be

stalls and shops of merchants and artisans at work to show you the secrets

of ancient crafts of the Middle Ages. Inside the fortress, groups of

reenactors will show scenes of medieval daily life with their

high-quality costumes and faithful settings, the result of extensive study of the 13th

century.

You will be transported to the Middle Ages not only thanks to the settings

reconstructed in the event spaces and the battles, but also by the

numerous entertainment designed to engage visitors of all ages.

A unique event designed to captivate both adults and children: be enchanted

by the falconers, the entertaining performances of jesters and jugglers,

the medieval music and dance, and participate in the many workshops and guided

tours of the fortress: all included in the ticket.
