Inaugurated in 2009, the Bertolt Brecht Theater was built in the populous San Sisto neighborhood, an area affected by important urban and social changes. It stands next to the Sandro Penna Library and is the result of a major investment by the municipal administration to provide the city with a new functional and modern space, a cultural center that, together with the library, is capable of giving new impetus to the neighborhood. It has a capacity of 332 seats, 264 in the stalls plus 2 spaces for the disabled and 68 seats in the gallery.
