A visit to the former Ceramica Vaccari reveals historical, social, artistic, innovative, and environmental interest. Stretching over 14 hectares, it was one of the main European factories of the 20th century, dating from the late 19th century to the 1940s. In the early 1950s, it became the largest ceramics factory in Europe, a hotbed of Futurist art, and an industrial hub employing thousands of people.
