Marina SALAMON

President and shareholder of Altana, Alchimia, and Web of Life, she is one of the most authoritative voices in Italian entrepreneurship. In 1982, while still a student, she founded Altana, a leading Italian company in the production of luxury childrenswear, which over time became a Benefit Corporation that distributes a portion of its profits to non-profit projects.

A shareholder of Replay Jeans from 1985 to 2001, she acquired control of Doxa—the first Italian market research company—in 1991, and of Connexia in 2009. In 2014, she became the majority shareholder of Save The Duck, the first manufacturer of animal-free down jackets. For many years, she was also a shareholder and board member of Banca Ifis, and vice president of illycaffè. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Morellato-Sector. Winner of the Bellisario Prize in 1992. Managing Director of WWF Italy.

Anthony SMITH

Executive Business Coach and international moderator, he is an expert in team motivation. One of the most innovative teachers in human resources development and personal improvement, he is among the most dynamic trainers in Italy. After his extensive management experience, including at Nike where he was Sales Director for Nike Italia and Country Managing Director for Levi Strauss Italia, he decided to take a new path: designing a method to help people unleash their untapped potential. Today he is Executive Business Coach for various industrial companies – such as Banca Fineco, Electrolux and Louis Vuitton Italia as well as Personal Coach for professional managers and coaches in the top divisions of Italian football.

Paolo NESPOLI

The first Italian to participate in a long-duration mission to the International Space Station. A former parachuting instructor and then Italian Army raider, with whom he served in the Italian Contingent of the Multinational Force in Lebanon from 1982 to 1984, he was a member of the European Space Agency (ESA) for almost 30 years, 20 of which were seconded to NASA in Houston. Over the course of his career, he completed three space missions: the first in 2007 aboard the American Space Shuttle, the following ones in 2010-2011 and in 2017 with the Russian Soyuz spacecraft, again for the International Space Station where he lived and worked for a total of 313 days.
