Il PalaTerni offre una capacità complessiva di 5.500 posti a sedere, con 6.500 mq dedicati esclusivamente agli eventi. Due spazi principali, il main stage/campo principale e il production stage/campo di allenamento, offrono una flessibilità senza pari per adattarsi a spettacoli dal vivo ed eventi sportivi. La struttura dispone inoltre di 14 spazi aggiuntivi, tra cui sale eventi, lounge, sale stampa e skybox in fase di realizzazione.
